The Nauti-Navigator Passage
We are cruising sailors with a passion for the beautiful remote islands of the South Pacific.
Navigation in remote regions pose many new challenges to the cruising sailor. Most nautical charts (paper & electronic) are typically too old, inaccurate or non-existent. This problem is escalated at tricky reef passages and around coral head anchorages. By utilizing accurate satellite imagery and vessel tracking a safe course can be planned & executed in conjunction with great seamanship.
Nauti-Navigator is a new App dedicated for the recreational marine cruising sailor. Our goal is to deliver an App that is simple, intuitive, responsive and fully supported. Core features will include online/offline satellite imagery, vessel tracking, route planning, way points, POI and data sharing (with friends). Users can share their position, tracks, routes, and photos (including drone photos) with Lat/Long coordinates, names & comments.
